COVINGTON, La. - St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Jack Strain says deputies are looking for two men who stole more than $1 million in jewelry and other goods from the J.C. Penney in Covington late Saturday night. Strain said the thieves are sophisticated in their methods, entering the buildings through the rooftops and lowering themselves into the stores with ropes. Riddle me this Batman. Since when does JC Penney have a million dollars worth of jewelry in their store? Better yet, since when does JC Penney have a million dollars worth of merchandise PERIOD!? And of all places to steal jewelry from, they chose JC Penney? Haha! The best part of the story though is the fact that they went all 'Mission Impossible' and entered from the roof via ropes. Where they do that at?! THEN one of them had the nerve to dress like a Teenage Mutant Ninja turtle carrying Splinter's stick. OFF.THE.CHAIN. If you live in Louisiana, better hit up the streets and the flea market. It's gonna be poppin!
