I made the conscious decision to tone up and stay in shape this fall/winter. This is usually the time most people slack off and get comfortable, not to mention the countless holidays that involve tons and tons of food. I'm not trying to be one of the many with the cliche 'lose weight' New Years Resolution. I've been doing P90x for about a week now and OMG. I have not been this sore/tired in a looong time. You know from the first day the exercises are working b/c you can FEEL it. Unlike most people I'm not putting up before and after pics, but I will track any changes in my measurements. Although it's painful, I'm actually looking forward to completing the first month just to see the progress. Yay!
